Mr Pestell has 30 years' experience in commercial and corporate law, specialising in dispute resolution and advisory work for listed and private companies across technology, robotics, biotechnology, resources, energy and construction. Since 2002 he has advised investors and founders on commercialisation, partnerships and IP strategy in the innovation sector. Managing Director of MPH since 2000, he is currently Non-Executive Chairman of RooLife Group, Vudoo Holdings, Nexsen Limited, Aculeus Therapeutics and Liquim Limited, and a member of the Tech Council of Australia.

Mr Carr is an ASX public company Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer with more than 20 years' experience in technology companies across private and listed environments. He has developed skills in business development, corporate governance, finance, capital markets and risk management. He also brings extensive experience in Asia-based operations, including 10 years based in China, where he worked across commercial, corporate and regulatory frameworks in China and Hong Kong.

Mr O'Connell is an experienced board Chairman, Non-Executive Director and fund manager with deep experience across the biotechnology investment and commercialisation lifecycle, spanning asset selection, capital formation, governance and international market development. He is currently Chairman of Nexsen Limited (ASX:NXN) and Funds Manager of Summit Funds Management's Biotechnology Fund. He holds an MBA (University of Canberra), a Bachelor of Business in Finance (Murdoch University) and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning (Kaplan).

Mr Mews is an experienced ASX director and financial services executive with more than 20 years' experience across listed companies, managed investment schemes and unlisted businesses. He has held senior finance, governance and compliance roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Polynovo Limited (ASX:PNV), and several ASX Non-Executive Director positions. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, is a Certified Practising Accountant, a Chartered Company Secretary and a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
